Professor Poggiolini at the University of Pavia (http://www.unipv.it/portale/),
Dipartimento di Scienze Storiche e Geografiche Carlo M Cipolla,
has been an active partner of CIMA, contributing to common research
projects over the years and recently organising the international
conference "Britain and Europe in the 1980s: East & West"
(Pavia 1-2 ottobre 2007 ) in collaboration with the following local
and international partners: Machiavelli Center for Cold War Studies,
IUSS, Collegio Ghislieri, National Security Archive, Thatcher Foundation,
Russian and Eurasian Studies Centre at St Anthony's College.
