- Born in Foggia (December 13, 1973)
- Degree in Political Science at the Faculty of Political Science - University of Urbino, with a dissertation of History and Institutions of Eastern Europe entitled: The Berlin Crisis, 1958-62, (Supervisor: Prof. Franco Soglian, 110 e lode/110)
- Ph.D. in History of International Relations (July 2005) at the Faculty of Political Science "Cesare Alfieri" (University of Florence - Italy) with a thesis entitled: The G7 summits and the management of the international economic system between interdependence and globalisation:1975-1995 (Supervisor Prof. Ennio Di Nolfo).
- Since May 2001 teaching assistant of History of International Relations at the University of Urbino

- Since September 2005 fellow at the Italianieuropei Foundation and editor of the Italian bimonthly journal "Italianieuropei. Bimestrale del riformismo italiano".
