On behalf of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), I am delighted that you will participate in the next session of CFR’s Fall 2011 Academic Conference Call series on Thursday, October 13, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. (ET). David Kaye, the executive director of the international human rights program and director of the international justice clinic at the UCLA School of Law, will discuss his Council Special Report, “Justice Beyond the Hague: Supporting the Prosecution of International Crimes in National Courts.”
